For administrators: the Privacy Center
The Privacy Center is your central hub for deployment and oversight. It gives you a 360-degree view of your DeleteMe program so you can:
- Onboard quickly: Add employees as members via bulk upload or Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta and other leading providers for a seamless authentication experience.
- Measure results: Use the dashboard to track removal metrics at both the individual and company level, so you can see how much data is being found and removed over time.
- Manage accounts: Add, upgrade, remove, and organize members by department, subsidiary, or location. View membership counts and billing in one place, including support for multiple cost centers.
- Support VIPs: Assign delegates to manage accounts for executives, celebrities, or other high-risk individuals. You can place VIPs in “Do Not Disturb” mode so reports go to the delegate instead of the VIP.
- Facilitate adoption: Use built-in communication tools such as sample announcements, email templates, invitations, and reminders to drive internal engagement.
For employees: the Member Dashboard
Each DeleteMe member gets access to a simple dashboard where they can:
- Get started by submitting their personal details (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers) for DeleteMe to search and remove.
- View reports that show which data broker sites were scanned, what was found, and what opt-out actions were taken.
- Contact support for any custom privacy-related requests during their subscription term.
